What bra size is bigger d or e?

All the numbers in any Bra are Band size that will start from 30, 32,34,36… till a maximum of 44. Then comes the cups which goes from A to D and from AA to DD/ DDD. With few brands, DDD is considered E.

In this regard, is size E bigger than D? A DD is a cup size smaller than an E (assuming you kept the same band size i.e and 32DD is smaller than a 32E). DDD is where it gets confusing, some brands don’t run that size (here in the U.K., anyway) so a DDD would be equivalent to an E.

Moreover, what is a size E bra? Cup size is the same between U.S. and Europe/France. “A” cups (U.S.) = “A” cup in Europe/France; B=B, C=C, etc with some exceptions for “DD” and “DDD” cups. Many European brands (and some American brands) use the lettering “E” for a DD cup size and “F” for a DDD cup size.

Similarly, is DD same as E? A DD cup = E for full figure bras, DDD = F, but if you are used to buying a standard bra that comes in cup sizes B-DD and no higher, there will be about a half cup size increase between the DD in a standard style and a DD/E in a full figure style.

(UK and US cups are the same from AA-DD).
