Cup size is the same between U.S. and Europe/France. “A” cups (U.S.) = “A” cup in Europe/France; B=B, C=C, etc with some exceptions for “DD” and “DDD” cups. Many European brands (and some American brands) use the lettering “E” for a DD cup size and “F” for a DDD cup size.
Considering this, is a DD bigger than an E? A DD is a cup size smaller than an E (assuming you kept the same band size i.e and 32DD is smaller than a 32E). DDD is where it gets confusing, some brands don’t run that size (here in the U.K., anyway) so a DDD would be equivalent to an E.
